I've always loved this song but today was the first time I actually stopped and listened to the lyrics. It's probably because it hit so close to my head. Im loving this band since 2010 since my cousin hooked me up to this band. But tonight It hit me hard because it took me 6 years back to a lot of memories connected to this song, when I was listening to it, and my husband was holding me from the back. Not sobbing or anything, but the tears just started falling. The lyrics cut deep. In All my past life dreams this song is often playing in the background as well, I realized again what it means to have a song speak to you. I've been listening to it on repeat for the past hour, just letting myself get lost in the storm. I believe this song has a lot of power to dive into your emotions. Lots of love for Poets of the Fall my forever favourite band. 💖

Every song means something different to each person. I love this song because when your dreams have walked away, betrayed you, and made you feel worthless... Those of us who are true to ourselves will FOLLOW THROUGH even if it has to be alone, or maybe with someone who will truly see the LIGHT of LOVE in us later on.
